We offer enhanced options for things such as:

Autoresponders: do you provide autoresponders for me to use for my business?
We will create the first 20 autoresponders for your business to be used with people who enter your marketing funnel. The information that we will use for your autoresponders will come from you based on the research we do for your business. You will need your own autoresponders account, and you will need to provide access to us in order for us to complete your autoresponders setup. If you have questions, please call us. We can point you to the best autoresponders services available. Every business requires autoresponders.
Cancellations: what happens if I want to cancel?
You may cancel at any time prior to the start of the following billing month. For example, if you decide to cancel, your monthly fees will not be billed after the month that you gave cancellation notice in. If you cancel at any time during month "A", then you will not be billed for months "B" and onwards. We must receive your cancellation for the following month at least one full business day prior to the start of the following monthly billing period. The monthly fee paid during the month that you gave cancellation notice in is non-refundable.
In the event of a cancellation, you will be able to take possession of your domain (website) with all content intact provided that you pay any and all reasonable costs to transfer the domain from our servers to your own server and domain hosting. Those costs must be paid in advance of any transfer of domain back to you. In addition, before any transfer of domain and content occurs, your account must be brought to a current state with no monies owning to Conasia Global Internet Inc. Furthermore, a cancellation agreement must be signed and submitted to the company releasing Conasia Global Internet and/or any of its subsidiaries of all further obligations relative to your marketing and/or domain hosting.

Content from my old website: can we move content from an existing website onto our new site?
Yes, this will count in the allotment of pages we do for you, however, it must be done is such a way as to optimize the website.

Content marketing: how do you know what content to write for us?
We'll conduct a thorough review and analysis of your business. Plus, we'll also conduct keyword research on your market niche. That keyword research will play a big part in the content that we create for you because the keywords we discover will be what people are actually searching for online.
Content marketing: who writes and produces the content for my marketing?
We do. We research for content ideas based on effective keywords and related keywords for your niche (latent semantic indexing). We write the content. We produce the content. We optimize the content. We distribute the content online. We link the content to your internet assets.
Content marketing: can we provide content for you to publish online?
Yes, provided it is congruent with the keyword topics we select. Those topics result from the keyword research that we conduct on your behalf. Effective SEO relies heavily on content that we write & produce for both your on-page and off-page marketing. Note however that we must edit all copy and optimize it based on the keywords we need to use for your marketing.
If you provide additional content that matches the off page content goals we establish for you (provided we accept it), we will edit and SEO that content as part of our article and video content delivery that is part of your package.
If you wish to add content on your own, we will add the content for you for a minimal charge. For security reasons, we do not allow clients to upload their own content. Neither we nor you can afford a situation where the platform we build for you is corrupted by an unintentional act on your part.
If you insist on uploading your own content, then we require you to sign a document releasing us from any liability resulting from the corruption or disappearance of any content from your site regardless of how that situation occurs.
We treat your marketing very seriously and we do all we can to implement safeguards that prevent any damage to the marketing we work diligently to create for you.
Please note that adding content is not simply an act of uploading text to your website. You must be aware that things like keyword stuffing (over use of keywords) and violation of keyword density (the percentage of keywords used relative to total page content) can drastically harm our SEO efforts that we make on your behalf. These are just a couple of examples of things to be careful of when it comes to adding content to your site.
Creating and publishing content requires considerable thought. We write & submit content ourselves because it has to be optimized properly.
Part of the sequence we employ is as follows: we publish an article, create a video, and then embed it into a blog post. Everything is socially bookmarked and we make sure to spin the content too. There is a tremendous amount of SEO done on each piece of content we create.
If we agree to add additional content that you provide us with – then that service will be priced at $49 per hour, billed to you in 15 minute increments. These dollar amounts will be billed immediately upon completion of work and are due immediately for payment at that time. We do not optimize content that you upload yourself unless you specify that in writing to us. The rate for optimizing content for you that you upload yourself is billed to you at a 25% surcharge over and above the $49 per hour rate. Content marketing: Do we have a say in the topics for articles, videos and blog posts?
We rely heavily on keyword research in order to determine content topics, but we'll always listen to suggestions that come from our clients. If we can rationally justify a suggestion that you make to us for a content topic - then we'll happily do that. However, the bottom line for us is to create an effective marketing platform and SEO strategy that is designed to bring you traffic and profits. It is that mandate that rules the day.
If you make a suggestion that does not make sense from a marketing perspective, we'll politely tell you that it does not make sense. But, if it does make sense - then we'll gladly pursue it. However, we'll only consider suggestions if they make sense and if they contribute positively to your marketing.
Content marketing - Video: if I make my own videos, can I use them in my marketing?
We'd think it would be great if you wanted to provide any content - but please be aware of the following points: We will not attempt to optimize duplicate content that is already online.
Before you produce any video content, please give us an opportunity to provide you with some advice on how best to create your video content. We will likely provide you with video instructions on what to do in order to make your content ready for us to optimize for you. There are issues and constraints to be aware of ranging from video length, video format, keyword tags, duplicate content issues, linking issues, etc.
Please note that adding video content is not simply an act of uploading a video to a video hosting site like YouTube or your website. You must be aware that things like improper use of keyword tags, violating acceptable use policies of the video hosting sites like YouTube, etc. can hurt our SEO efforts that we make on your behalf.
We will continue to produce video content as laid out in the business package you purchase from us, and the content that you provide us with will be over and above what we do for you.
Adding content on your behalf is priced at $49 per hour, billed to you in 15 minute increments. These dollar amounts will be billed upon completion of work and are due for payment at that time.
We do not optimize content that you upload yourself unless you specify that in writing to us. The rate for optimizing content for you that you upload yourself is a 25% surcharge on top of the $49 per hour rate. That optimization includes social bookmarking and video distribution to up to 75 other special video hosting sites & sites that are proven to increase search engine value.
You are free to upload any videos you want to any video hosting site and the point them at the site we build for you - but we strongly encourage you to consult with us before you do that.
Contract: do I have to sign one?
Yes. It's good for you and for us too. Signed agreements leave no room for uncertainty.
Downgrades: can I downgrade to a lesser package?
Yes, however there are no refunds on previously paid setup fees once the work has begun. Because time is of the essence, immediately after receipt of your original setup fee, dollars are rapidly allocated to the marketing effort that we perform to get you ready within the 30 day period that we target for the launch of your business online. In the event of a downgrade, your monthly fee will be reduced to the new business package the following month. Also See Upgrades.
Facebook and Fan Pages: will you manage our Facebook account and Fan Page for us?
We create a fan page for you. To do that, you require a Facebook account first. We will include the setup of that if you require it. If you already have a fan page, then we will analyse and tweak your fan page for you. Managing Facebook can be a labor intensive activity - and as one of our videos says, we encourage you (or a key member of your business) to take an active role in posting to Facebook and operating your Fan Page.
Remember, Facebook is about being intimate and social with people you want to have a relationship with - and it requires a degree of social intimacy that is best provided by you or a person in your organization.
However, if you feel strongly about having Website Marketing Pros manage Facebook for you - we can do that on your behalf. Please request to see our schedule of optional marketing add-ons for additional pricing.
Google Places : If I already have a Google Places page - do I need you for that?
Regarding Google Places, ask yourself if your Google Places page is showing up at or near the top of local business listings in the search results?
We'll do a check to ensure that your Google Places page is properly optimized.
In addition, we'll make sure the description is search engine friendly and we'll ensure that you’re not violating any of Google's Do's & Don'ts for SEO on your Google Places page.
Part of what we do involves analyzing your page for keyword stuffing & keyword density. We'll make sure that you’re optimized for up to the 5 permitted business categories - and we'll make sure that you are set up properly whether you (a) have multiple locations, (b) service many areas from one location, or (c) have only one location and serve only one area.
We'll make sure we add in the correct keywords. Because your sales copy is important, we will create a description that appeals to your Google Places customers as well be compliant with and meet Google's SEO rules.
We'll ensure you haven't harmed yourself with using non-local telephone numbers.
We'll make sure you meet Google's address criteria because violations in this area result in eventual permanent removal from Google Places.
We'll ensure you have not keyword sabotaged your business name with keywords that are not part of your name.
We'll facilitate customer reviews & citations which are a big boost to your front page placement locally for Google Places and we'll space everything out time wise to ensure you don't get Google slapped.
We'll further co-ordinate your Google Places page with a select number of authoritative review sites to help your marketing.
We'll get your business listed in the appropriate online business directories.
We'll add images and videos to your Places page to help with ON-PAGE SEO.
Where applicable we'll ensure that various image, text, video and audio components of your Google Places page are geo-tagged properly to ensure you show up as close as possible to the top of the local search display results.
We'll make sure that your analytics package for Google Places is set up and interpreted properly, and we'll make sure your analytics are emailed to you.
Keywords: can I pay to have you optimize my website for additional keywords?
Yes, but only with the Major Business Package.
If you want more keywords for ON-PAGE OPTIMIZATION (relative to the specific pages of your website) over and above what is offered by the Hobby Package, or Small Business Package, Or Entrepreneur Package - then you can simply upgrade to the Major Business Package.
If you are already at the Major Business Package level and you wish to have more keywords, then please request to see our schedule of optional marketing add-ons for additional pricing.
Keywords: Can we change our targeted keywords after a period of time?
You can certainly request that we optimize for additional keywords, but we do not replace existing primary keywords that we have already optimized for your website – unless of course they have been made obsolete based on some change in your business. Note that new charges will apply for additional keywords as they require new research to be done on your behalf.
It would not make sense to change your existing primary keywords. For example: if you were a dentist in Tucson, Arizona - you would likely have a primary keyword like: "dentist Tucson". Note that there are additional charges for going after new keywords beyond what we have already optimized your website for.

Keep in mind that the numbers of keywords listed on your package reflect the ON-PAGE SEO that we will do on your website – not including blog posts that we make on your behalf.
We will employ more keywords (than what is mentioned in your package) for our OFF PAGE SEO - and that is due to the ongoing off-page content that we will produce for you over time (articles, videos, etc.). Those additional keywords are already included in the pricing in your package.
The keywords we promise to optimize your website for (see the business package comparison charts) reflect what we will do relative to the ON-PAGE content on your site itself. They do not include blog posts which are covered under the content distribution that we do for you as part of your business package.
Logos: can we use our existing logo on our new website?
Yes, but you want to make it congruent and blend in with the final website theme you select.
Be sure you have any and all camera ready artwork available that came along with your logo. We will require the necessary files from you if you wish us to work with an existing logo. Please also include your existing logo on a transparent background.
If you have any questions, please talk to us and we will help you out.
Marketing: will you work with my nephew, or a 3rd party I select for my marketing?
Thank you for asking, but the answer is "no" to your nephew (and any other 3rd party), unless they have a specialty and demonstrate that they have proven experience with something such as site design. Of course, we must agree to work with them.
Neither you nor we want anything that constrains our marketing ability to generate results for your business. Neither do we want to encounter anything that adversely affects the organic SEO or other off-page or on-page strategies and optimization of your website.
You cannot effectively have two entities looking after the organic SEO that we are committing to for your business. We don't believe in internet marketing polygamy when it comes to our clients. We're always open to sitting down and discussing client concerns - but, if we feel that it would impede our ability to execute effective marketing on your behalf - we would sooner walk away then deal with the headache of a botched marketing campaign.
We must maintain all control and direction of your marketing as it relates to what we outline in our business packages once you authorize us to be your online marketing agency.
Multiple locations: what if I own a business that has locations in different cities and regions?
Businesses with multiple locations can request to speak to us about marketing solutions that embrace things such as additional Google Places pages, additional keywords, etc. that would be required for business entities with multiple locations in different geographic regions. You may request to see our schedule of optional marketing add-ons for additional pricing.
Payment methods: what do you accept?
Although we accept credit cards for the payment of monthly maintenance fees, we do not accept credit cards for the initial deposit monies for setup work to be performed on your behalf by Website Marketing Pros.
Acceptable forms of payment for up front deposits are check, certified check, money order and bank wire. All deposit monies must be received and clear the bank prior to the start of any work being done.
Payments: when do my monthly fees start?
Your monthly fees start in month #2. For example, if you became a client on January 18th, then your monthly fees will be scheduled to start on February 17th.
The only things that would cause a revision to your start date would include a hold up in receiving something from you that our marketing work was contingent upon. For example: content, instructions, approvals, etc. that were to come from you for certain aspects of your new website with us.

Payments: when are my monthly fees due?
Monthly fees are due and payable prior to the 1st day of the next month.
For example, if your monthly billing cycle runs from the 1st day of the month through to the 30th day of the month, then June's monthly fees are due and payable on or before May 29th.
If your monthly billing cycle was from the 15th day of the month through to the 14th day of the following month, then the June/July monthly fees are due and payable on or before June 14th.

Pricing: can we negotiate the pricing?
No you may not.
You are certainly free to pay us more than what we are charging you for, but we will not discount our prices past what we publish.
We do not make backroom deals with anyone. Maintaining pricing integrity with our customers is of paramount importance to us.
Before you feel the urge to ask us about discounting our prices, we encourage you to look around the entire internet for a professional marketing agency or service that can deliver a better price than what we are charging you. You simply won't find it - and we will absolutely NOT discount our prices!
We are convinced that we provide the best pricing available anywhere in return for the premium services that we provide.
Refunds: do you offer them?
No. You may cancel at any time, but there are no refunds given for any work that we have started or completed for you.
Research: how do you research my business?
The research begins after you register and pay for the Website Marketing Pros package of your choice.
First, we go through an interview with you.
Second, we provide you with a questionnaire that we ask you to complete in order to help facilitate a deeper understanding of your business and goals.
Third, we review the results of our analysis with you.
Fourth, we proceed on the implementation of the marketing package you have selected. Your site will be targeted for completion approximately 30 days from the completion of step 3 above.
Results: how long does it take for my website to be up and running?
The average time to get setup is 30 days after we have completed our research interview with you and reviewed the results of that interview with you.
After you register and pay for your package, one of the first things we will do is to setup that interview and research process.
Depending on the client and what they need that can vary by a week to 10 days or more.
Note: delays likely occur when we have to wait to receive information, materials, content or approvals for you, so please do all you can to get us anything we need to create an effective marketing plan for you.
You will not be billed for your monthly fees until your site is ready. Please also see the question: "Setup fees: what are they for?"
Results: how fast will I see them?
Our goal is to generate the best rankings possible in the organic search engine results as quickly as possible.
Keep in mind that it takes time to build content online. Also keep in mind that the search engines frown upon content spamming. In other world, if you had a blog, you wouldn't be able to release 100 pages of content on that blog and expect to have it rank #1 tomorrow or even the next day.
The search engines look for unique, relevant, quality content to be released on a consistent basis. They're interested in marketing that is done ‘naturally' and marketing that is driven by what consumers want - not content spamming from someone who is only interested in promoting a website.
Search engines reward you (the website owner) when you can demonstrate that your website is authentically popular with the folks who search on their search engine for solutions to the problems, challenges and issues they have.
Search engines are able to determine how popular you are when they consistently see people linking to you, or bookmarking your site, or clicking on links from authoritative content that directs people to your site, etc. That scenario cannot happen and will not happen simply because you choose to release a ton of content overnight - because it is unnatural in the eyes of the search engines.
Results: what kinds of results to you guarantee?
Our mission is to get you to the top of the search engine rankings through white hat (legitimate) marketing methods.
We absolutely guarantee that you will get traffic and the highest search engine rankings possible, and we believe that we can help you get better marketing results than anyone else.
Having said that, understand that anyone who makes a blanket guarantee that you will achieve the #1 search engine ranking within a few months for absolutely any or every keyword phrase is both a liar and a fraud.
As a result, we never make blanket guarantees that you or anybody will get to the #1 spot in Google for just any keyword n a short period of time. Frankly speaking, it is impossible to make that kind of guarantee across the board.
If you think rationally about it, the reasons why are obvious: some markets are far more competitive than others. Conversely, some markets are far less competitive than others.
For example, if you were competing for the keyword camera, the likelihood of you achieving a #1 Spot on Google in the next 2-3 months is next to non-existent unless your domain is an older one that has been indexed and optimized for that keyword for a number of years + you will need to have a huge amount of relevant off page content that has been properly and sequentially optimized and released online on a consistent basis.
Could you get there in time? Yes, with the right marketing commitment and some savvy marketing. But it will not happen overnight...or even within a 2-3 month period in an extremely competitive niche.
Remember, the length of time required to reach the top pages for such competitive niches is considerable. That's why we focus on intelligent on and off page marketing approaches that are content driven in the organic search results.
For less completive keyword phrases, it is possible to generate 1st page rankings very quickly in certain cases, but each scenario is unique and different.
Setup fees: what are they for?
Your account setup requires significant effort and resources to get going the right way, and it amounts to a considerable work load involving a team of skilled people.
We need to conduct a client interview with you and then disseminate the information.
Not only do we have to set up your platform, but we must also install all the correct marketing plugins that are required in order to execute some of the advanced marketing tactics and strategies that we'll engage in on your behalf.
There is design work to be done for your Wordpress site. We either have to create a logo for you or incorporate an existing one into your new platform. We have to create a series of webpages for you on your new site, and that number depends on which package you choose.
Beyond the layout and design of each page, each of your site pages must also be optimized for the search engines.
We need to register you and complete your account setup on up to 51 different social bookmarking sites.
There are article directories and press release accounts to setup.
We have to create a Facebook Fan Page - or tweak the fan page you already have.
Linked-In and Twitter accounts must be established and properly set up for your business.
Analytics will have to be set up on all the pages on your website.
Autoresponders will have to be set up for a minimum of 20 days of messages and your email account optimized.
There are several hours of keyword research to be done as part of our initial research.
An outlined schedule of written content (articles) and videos for off page content will be drafted up that will take you through the first few months of your off page SEO.
We'll get your blog ready to take blog posts that we'll do for you relative to the business package you choose.
We will set up your blogs to take "comments" and "likes" from future site visitors.
Landing pages and opt-in forms will also have to be created if you choose the specific package that offers that.
Your Google Places page needs to be claimed, setup, tweaked, optimized and indexed for the search engines.
A video channel needs to be established and setup along with several accounts at up to 75 various video hosting sites & other channels that enhance video distribution.
Finally, your account profile needs to be completed for Website Marketing Pros.
Upgrades: can I upgrade to a higher package?
Yes you may. There are 3 pricing adjustments:
- You will pay a $199 administrative fee if the request is accepted. Payment of the administrative fee will be combined with the payment outlined below in step 2.
- You will pay the difference between the cost of your original setup fee and the price of the new business package you with to move to. Funds must be received via bank wire, check, certified check or money order - and clear the bank prior to the upgrade being made.
- You will pay the new monthly fees relating to the new business package effective the next monthly billing cycle as we will adjust your content distribution effective the next billing cycle

Website Design: can I provide feedback in choosing colors and fonts for my website?
We’re always willing to listen. We’ll let you preview some various themes and let you choose what you like the best.
Remember, everything we do will be to enhance the marketing because that is what will create marketing success for you – and that has to be the first priority.
Website pages: what if I require more pages on my website?
Each website package gives you a set number of web pages.
Please choose the option that provides the number of web pages you need. If you have purchased our largest package and still require more pages, then we will build them for you.

Website pages: why would I need so many web pages?
As you start to add up the numbers and types of web pages you will need, you will see how the numbers grow. Keep in mind that many pages are critical for your SEO.
Here's an example of the various types of pages your website can have - and this would represent a website of 25+ pages:
- About Us page: to let your customers and visitors find about you, your company, your employees, etc. Necessary for building trust.
- Blog pages: a business without a blog is living in the dinosaur age. A blog is the number one way that you communicate with your site visitors and portray yourself as a valuable resource, industry leader, trusted advisor, etc. You absolutely need one for SEO. We only count your blog as one page - although we will add extra pages for blog posts at no further charge to you - and the number of blog posts we make depends upon the Website Marketing Pros package you select.
- Contact Us page: you want your customers to be able to contact you easily
- FAQ page: you want to provide your customers with easy access to frequently asked questions
- Forum page (allows your visitors to interact with each other by posting questions, statements and answers, etc.
- Home page: the front page of your website
- Information page: provides further information if needed about the business you provide
- Knowledge base: you can allow your customers to look up answers to questions they have. This is particularly useful for membership sites and for websites that with to provide easy access to issues, questions, problems, etc. faced by their customers or potential customers
- Links page: links to additional 3rd party sites or resources
- Media / press release page: if you wish to document media exposure. Great for SEO and linking.
- Mission Statement page: your mission statement that potential customers find valuable
- Order pages: if you sell anything from your website, you require order pages. For example:
- Step 1: shopping cart page
- Step 2: review shopping cart
- Step 3: review order(s)
- Step 4: confirm and pay
- Photo Gallery: some businesses with to include photo galleries
- Privacy policy: you need one if you sell anything on your website and collect contact information from your visitors
- Product pages: the number varies on the types and numbers of products you have + each one needs to be optimized properly)

Website: I already have a website - why do I need to build a different one?
Even if you already have a website, your marketing plan needs to be set up on a Wordpress platform because of all the marketing strategies that we are going to engage in.
Because we employ a variety of stealth marketing plugins - it has to be Wordpress - no exceptions.
This means that we will not use a website that you had someone else create no matter what. We're not in the business of going in and trying to fix other people's marketing mistakes by trying to work with something that is broken.
To help you understand why this is so important - just think of building a house…
The cost and time required to build a house from scratch is far less than doing a full renovation on an existing house because with a renovation you have to first pull everything out; then you have to clean it up; you have to repair it; you have to tweak it; you have to adjust and modify what is left inside - and then you have to put all the new materials and designs in the existing house.
That is crazy. And the truth is - that's going to cost you a lot more money and a lot more time, not to mention the fact that you will be constantly wrestling with the existing substandard structure and frame when instead you could just build it right from scratch.
As a result, it's far easier, and simpler, and cheaper, and more effective to just build a new website platform where we can incorporate all the best tools and functionality from square one.
If you want to keep your existing website - then keep it. We can definitely use it for linking. However, our marketing and the traffic that our marketing generates for you will be dependent upon the platform that we create for you.
